  2. Create an account (first time) or sign in if you already have one.
  3. Choose the Free Trial option, pick your date and time, and complete your registration.

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation by email/SMS with all the details.

Make sure you’re signed in. Then check Plans/Packages or Memberships and select Free Trial. If you’ve already used your trial, you’ll see class packs and memberships instead.

Adults vs. Kids:
Choose Budokon Mixed Movement (Adults) or Budokon Kids when booking.

Reschedule or cancel:
You can manage your booking from your account. Please make changes at least 12 hours before class so someone else can take the spot.

Budokon, created by Cameron Shayne, is a complete mixed movement arts system that blends martial arts, calisthenics, mobility, animal locomotion, and yoga. It’s a powerful, flowing practice that unites strength, agility, and mindfulness—balancing the warrior’s discipline with the yogi’s presence.
Classes explore all elements of Budokon, including striking and grappling drills, calisthenic strength training, animal-inspired movement, mobility work, and the Budokon Primary Series. Expect a challenging yet mindful session that develops both physical power and mental focus.
Bring comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind. Classes are practiced barefoot to improve grounding and body control.
Budokon builds functional strength, joint mobility, coordination, and mental clarity. It’s a holistic system designed to help you move better, think clearer, and feel stronger—inside and out.
Budokon Kids introduces children to the art of mixed movement through a fun blend of martial arts, yoga, calisthenics, animal locomotion, and mindfulness. Created by Cameron Shayne, Budokon helps kids develop strength, coordination, confidence, and focus—all while having a great time moving like animals and learning warrior discipline.
