About Budokon & Classes

Budokon is a mixed movement system that combines martial arts, mobility, yoga, calisthenics, breathwork, and philosophy. It’s a holistic practice that helps you evolve both physically and mentally.

Not at all. All classes are scalable to your level. You’ll be guided through progressions step by step — no previous experience required.

Budokon classes emphasize flow, control, and integration. Unlike typical yoga or gym workouts, we combine strength, mobility, breath, and mindfulness in one session.

Expect to move, breathe, and learn! Your first session will cover fundamentals and introduce you to the unique rhythm of Budokon practice — with guidance every step of the way.

Wear light, breathable clothing you can move freely in. We train barefoot on mats. Bring water and a towel if needed.

Nope. Combat Conditioning is inspired by martial arts, but it’s built on bodyweight movement, calisthenics, and breath — suitable for beginners to fighters.

They can be as challenging or as accessible as you need. All movements can be scaled up or down. You’ll feel supported, not judged.

Most in-person sessions are between 60–75 minutes, depending on the class type.

FAQs – Mindset, Breath & Lifestyle

No — Budokon is a lifestyle. We work with movement, breath, and mindset to help you become a more conscious, intentional human — both on and off the mat.

Budokon encourages self-inquiry, discipline, and adaptability. We train the mind to observe, the body to move with integrity, and the breath to lead both.
